This week, Yangzhou JAVA Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JAVA") successfully held a project management experience sharing session themed "Jointly Building a New Journey of Efficient Work". Focused on enhancing practical project management capabilities, the event invited Teacher Zhang, a senior project management engineer from Nanjing Feiyang Auto Electronics Co., Ltd., as the keynote speaker. She delivered a knowledge-sharing session that combined professional depth and practical value to employees from JAVA’s technology, quality, marketing, and other departments, resulting in a lively on-site interaction and remarkable outcomes.

At the sharing session, Teacher Zhang, with her profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience in project management, explained the core points of full-cycle project management control.
