This week, Yangzhou JAVA Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JAVA") successfully held a project management experience sharing session themed "Jointly Building a New Journey of Efficient Work". Focused on enhancing practical project management capabilities, the event invited Teacher Zhang, a senior project management engineer from Nanjing Feiyang Auto Electronics Co., Ltd., as the keynote speaker. She delivered a knowledge-sharing session that combined professional depth and practical value to employees from JAVA’s technology, quality, marketing, and other departments, resulting in a lively on-site interaction and remarkable outcomes.

At the sharing session, Teacher Zhang, with her profound professional knowledge and rich practical experience in project management, explained the core points of full-cycle project management control. Covering the scientific nature of project planning, risk control during implementation, detailed management in the monitoring phase, and review and summary in the closing stage, she vividly dissected the key logic and implementation methods of project management by combining project cases in the auto electronics field.
